First Post.

So this is my obligatory get to know my post. My name is Oliver, and I am a fan boy. I’ve been reading comic books since I was about five years old. It started out with the classic Archie comics then I switched to the Superboy comics, Kon-El not the teenage Clark Kent ones, as I got older I started to read more of Marvel comics productions. Marvel Comics, aside from the occasional foray into the DC Universe, is the main stay of my comic book readings. More on my dislike of many things DC later.
The main purpose of this blog is to talk about the current story lines of comic books and point out things that I find to be odd, whether they are inaccuracies in the current story or how a current story changes a past story line. I will occasionally pimp out a graphic novel that I think people should read, but I will give reasons as to why you should be reading it. Expect me to be sarcastic and asshole-ish, I will occasionally use profanity so if that offends you, sorry.
Just so you know I am not a corporate insider in any way, I work at a book store which cannot be named in the confines of this blog, I get a lot of my ideas of what stories to talk about from podcasts, things I read, and conversations I have with my buddies.

I will also cover things that fall under the purview of being comic book related, such as related games or movies. Don’t expect a synopsis out of me though. That isn’t what I am about. I will however talk about how well casting fit the characters looks or how much they twisted the history.
